Publishers are paid for valid conversions according to the offer terms. We reserve the right to withhold payment for fraudulent activity.

5. Payments

For Advertisers:

• Payment terms are specified in individual insertion orders
• Late payments may incur interest charges

For Publishers:

• Payments are processed according to the payment schedule
• Minimum payment thresholds may apply
• We reserve the right to adjust payments for invalid traffic

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
